Job Summary
Lottery Attendant / Bartender role at Elmer’s in Woodburn, OR. Responsibilities include following the defined service sequence, greeting guests warmly, educating guests on Oregon Lottery products, extensive cash handling, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations for lottery and alcohol sales, checking IDs for guests under 30, preventing service to intoxicated guests, maintaining bar/lounge cleanliness and timely delivery of food and beverages, managing multiple transactions, taking orders into POS for kitchen staff, delivering items to guests, and performing related side work. The role requires ensuring a positive guest experience, delivering high-quality service, and coordinating with team members to meet guest needs throughout the dine-in experience. Required qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, valid Food Handler’s Card, valid Alcohol Server Permit, being at least 21, strong cash handling skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

- Must have knowledge of Lottery games, sequence of service and dining room procedures
- Must be Guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing for proper service
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must make quality decisions with supervisory assistance by the manager on duty
