Lot Specialist

Act as the shopper for designated accounts by managing outside and administrative functions for Dealer Consignment, Commercial Accounts, or Retail Accounts to ensure vehicles meet high standards for auction readiness. Perform pre-sale quality checks, coordinate repairs by writing orders and tracking missing units, and apply appropriate numbering, tagging, and stickers to vehicles. Manage vehicle preparation by recommending reconditioning services like PDR or glass repair, perform basic diagnostic determinations to decide if a vehicle needs to be moved to the Mechanic Shop, and walk vehicles with customer representatives for final quality checks. Locate, number, and move vehicles to designated areas while confirming VIN, make, year, and mileage. Coordinate sale lane activities to drive an efficient and customer-focused auction experience. Scan inventory, record movement, and take photos of vehicles as needed.
