Job Summary
Move, stage, and organize RV and marine inventory throughout the dealership while washing, detailing, and preparing units for customer delivery and showroom display. Operate forklifts and other equipment to position inventory safely and efficiently, and perform routine inspections to report visible damage or maintenance concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout the dealership lot and assist Sales and Service departments with daily operational tasks. Work outdoors in all types of weather, including heat, cold, rain, wind, snow, and humidity. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required; forklift experience preferred.

- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized workplace
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials weighing up to 40 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
