Job Summary
Wash, clean, and detail new and pre-owned Side by Sides, ATVs, motorcycles, and other powersports units, removing dirt, mud, and residue while performing final appearance checks. Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the dealership lot, showroom, and service areas to maintain a professional presentation. Assist Sales and Service teams with locating units, loading/unloading equipment, and preparing vehicles for customer pickups and deliveries. Sweep debris, maintain detailing supplies, and operate forklifts when authorized. Monitor units for cleanliness or damage issues and communicate concerns to management. Perform general upkeep and support dealership events as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass required pre-employment screening
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the day, including standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to assist wherever needed
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, customer-ready inventory
- Comfortable operating and moving motorcycles, ATVs, Side by Sides, and other powersports equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous detailing, lot porter, dealership, automotive, powersports, or similar experience
- Forklift experience
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification after hire
