Job Summary
Park and move RV units, install and remove window prices, and maintain weekly lot washes to ensure all units and isles are clean. Write work orders, track problems, and keep the lot secure from weather while sweeping, picking up debris, and emptying garbage cans. Maintain physical inventory weekly, ensure slide-outs are in and jacks are down, and keep a safe, clean work area. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to use yard tractors or forklifts, and experience with generators and slide-outs. Full-time associates receive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
- Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
- Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness
Desired Qualifications
- Towing experience
- Ability to use yard tractor and/or forklift
- Ability to drive an RV
- Experience using generators and operating slide-outs
- Ability to repair small items and identify problem units
