Job Summary
Lot Porter needed to park/move RV units, maintain lot cleanliness, and support service operations. Responsibilities include driving and moving RVs, installing/removing window price displays, performing weekly lot washes, writing work orders, tracking issues, keeping aisles clean, securing units, maintaining physical inventory, ensuring slide-outs, jacks, awnings, and doors are set correctly, and maintaining a safe, professional lot. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, towing experience preferred, ability to operate yard tractor/forklift, RV driving experience, generator use, basic repairs, and valid license. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance; prolonged standing and exposure to varied environmental conditions are expected. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Towing experience preferred
- Ability to use yard tractor and/or forklift
- Ability to drive an RV
- Experience using generators and operating slide-outs
- Ability to repair small items and identify problem units

- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
