Job Summary
Lot Porter at Camping World is responsible for parking and moving RV units, ensuring window prices are installed/removed as instructed, maintaining weekly lot washes and clean aisles, writing work orders, tracking problems, and keeping units and equipment secure. The role requires operating yard equipment (yard tractor/forklift), driving RVs, using generators, managing slide-outs, jacks, doors, and basic repairs, plus maintaining a safe, clean lot and inventory on a weekly basis. The position offers full-time hours with a benefits package and a compensation range of $14.27-$27.27 hourly, annualized.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to operate yard tractor and/or forklift
- Ability to drive an RV
- Experience using generators and operating slide-outs
- Ability to repair small items and identify problems with units
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Prolonged standing, bending, and exposure to outdoor conditions
