Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive cleaning of the entire outside lot, including the car wash area, windows, and fuel dispensers. Disposal and monitoring of all trash cans, barrels, and dumpsters while periodically picking up debris. Shovel snow and ice from walkways and fuel islands, applying salt as needed. Clean fuel islands using Sta-Dri to eliminate stains and use a power washer for the lot. Maintain windshield solvent near fuel dispenser holders. Assist with transferring and stocking heavy items such as antifreeze, solvent, and soda cases. Perform other tasks as assigned. Work flexible schedules including weekends and overtime in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Ability to push and pull 40 lbs
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekend work and overtime
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to reach overhead
- Ability to balance
- Ability to work in all types of climates and conditions indoors and outdoors to include heat, cold, rain, snow and ice
- Ability to withstand exposure to dust, fumes and high noise volumes
- Ability to be exposed to some hazardous materials
