Oversee daily lot operations including vehicle staging, parking organization, and traffic flow coordination to ensure safe, organized, and efficient movement across the auction property. Provide hands-on supervision and task direction to Lot Drivers, Sale Day Drivers, and support staff while assigning daily activities, monitoring workflow efficiency, and delivering coaching and on-the-job training. Enforce safety standards and operational procedures by monitoring lot conditions, addressing minor disruptions, and escalating major incidents to management. Confirm sale-day readiness by verifying lot setup and vehicle availability, then track daily movement metrics and report operational concerns to leadership.
