Job Summary
Orient and instruct new drivers, directing crew assignments and maintaining accurate stock logs for each vehicle. Manage transport vans and drivers to ensure timely employee and vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs across auction sites, dealerships, and customer locations. Perform daily van maintenance, routine checks, and cleaning while modeling safety protocols and enforcing company policies. Lead the team by championing organizational values, reviewing work volumes against key performance indicators, and developing strategies for continuous improvement. May be required to work overtime based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years' experience in a related field
- any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline
- 5 years' experience in a related discipline
- Safe driver's
- valid driver's license
- clear a pre-employment drug test
- currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
- No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future
