Job Summary
Lead the Lot Operations Team to oversee daily operation, vehicle flow, inventory accuracy, and customer-ready presentation. Supervise and develop Lot Attendants and Porters; assign tasks; enforce standards and safety. Coordinate vehicle movement between Sales, Service, Detail, Body Shop, and customer delivery areas; maintain location records and assist with audits. Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, tagged, priced, and customer-ready; conduct lot walks and inspections; monitor appearance and presentation. Identify and coordinate resolution of cosmetic or mechanical concerns; ensure sold vehicles are prepared for on-time deliveries. Support the Customer Experience and collaborate with Sales and Service teams. Requires automotive dealership experience and supervisory experience; valid driver's license with a clean driving record. This is a full-time, in-person role based at Toyota of Olympia in Tumwater, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership experience required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
