Lot Inventory Coordinator-BMW of Peabody

Manage and maintain lot inventory by ensuring organization and cleanliness of vehicles. Relocate wholesale and retail traded vehicles to designated areas and perform check-in and check-out procedures for all vehicles. Check in new vehicles from delivery trucks, handle occasional out-of-state deliveries, and transport off-brand vehicles to dealerships for recalls or warranty work. Assist with lease return pickups, help sales staff deliver vehicles, maintain fuel levels, photograph vehicles, and rotate inventory as needed. Ensure all window and lemon law stickers are placed on new and used vehicles, including snow removal in winter. Transport vehicles between locations and perform other duties assigned by management.
