Job Summary
Lot Auditor responsible for directing traffic, assisting guests, monitoring the lot, and maintaining a clean, secure parking area. Responsibilities include issuing tickets and handling payments, completing logs and documentation, labeling keys, reporting unsafe activity, performing light cleaning, and providing friendly, professional customer service. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and successful background check; schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays. Non-exempt position with overtime eligibility; pay determined hourly and may vary by market.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record (no more than three moving violations in past three years)
- Successful completion of background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
