Job Summary
Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor responsible for directing traffic, assisting guests with payments, maintaining a safe and clean parking area, and documenting activity. Responsibilities include ticketing and payments, reporting logs, label keys and vehicle details, monitoring for safety/compliance, light maintenance/cleaning, delivering courteous customer service, and teamwork with supervisors and clients. Must be comfortable outdoors in all weather, possess a professional appearance, and be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; background check required; schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
