Job Summary

Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track revenue while maintaining organized records of parked cars. Direct traffic, assist guests with parking questions, and monitor the lot for unsafe or suspicious activity. Keep the parking area and booth clean, perform light janitorial tasks, and use radios to stay in contact with the team. Ensure vehicles are parked securely according to policy and complete shift logs documenting all parking activity. Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and remain alert to changing weather conditions and moving vehicles.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Clean, professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
  • Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to remain alert to surroundings including moving vehicles and changing weather conditions
