Job Summary
Contribute to a safe environment for all guests and employees by monitoring the parking lot for suspicious activity or security breaches and reporting incidents to authorities. Prioritize assisting guests before other tasks, making eye contact and smiling to acknowledge them while maintaining a ready-to-serve posture. Ensure the parking lot is clean and debris-free by picking up litter and emptying trash cans, all while using preferred word choices and adhering to company guidelines. This entry-level role requires physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting up to 200 pounds, with weekend AM/PM scheduling and hourly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Weekends AM/PM
- Proficient in English, both verbally and written
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to effectively maneuver around various locations inside and outside while engaging in bending, prolonged standing, running, and prolonged sitting in all weather conditions
- Ability to receive medical and security clearance for one or more locations
- Possess the manual dexterity to operate essential garage equipment, including pay-on-foot machines and garage barriers
- Strong sense of customer service
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and push a minimum of 200 pounds
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction
- Maintain uniform standards while around the job-site
- Ability to create relationships with customers
- Organization
- Strong problem-solving abilities
