Job Summary
Deliver pleasant and courteous customer interactions by making exceptional guest experiences the priority in every encounter. Maintain a ready-to-serve posture with eye contact and smiles, prioritizing guest assistance while adhering to VPNE-preferred word choices. Monitor the parking lot for suspicious activity or security breaches, reporting incidents to appropriate authorities, and ensure the area remains clean and debris-free by managing litter and trash. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing 200 pounds while operating garage barriers and pay-on-foot machines. Requires entry-level experience, high school diploma, English proficiency, and ability to receive medical and security clearance. Entry-level hourly position at $22–$23.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in English, both verbally and written
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to effectively maneuver around various locations inside and outside while engaging in bending, prolonged standing, running, and prolonged sitting in all weather conditions
- Ability to receive medical and security clearance for one or more locations
- Possess the manual dexterity to operate essential garage equipment, including pay-on-foot machines and garage barriers
- Strong sense of customer service
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and push a minimum of 200 pounds
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction
- Maintain uniform standards while around the job-site
- Ability to create relationships with customers
- Organization
