Job Summary
The Service Valet/Porter is the first point of contact for arriving service customers, greeting and checking in vehicles, and moving cars from the service drive to the shop. Responsibilities include greeting customers, obtaining vehicle information, assisting the Service Advisor, moving vehicles safely, retaining keys per safeguards, promoting teamwork, delivering vehicles per management procedures to support high CSI, and aiding dealership personnel to ensure full operation of the service department. The role requires the ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods. Manual transmission experience is highly preferred. The position is full-time with hourly pay in the $18–$21 per hour range, plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
- Ability to operate manual transmission is highly preferred
