Job Summary
Patrol and monitor parking lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked, issuing citations for non-paid or time-expired parkers based on preapproved guidelines. Manage lot signage by taking down, repairing, and assembling signs, while maintaining cleanliness through trash removal and general lot upkeep. Operate and troubleshoot revenue control equipment, including parking meters, and perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal with shovels, salt, and snow throwers. Prepare reports and file paperwork regarding violations and citations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Work flexible full-time or part-time schedules with an outdoor environment subject to extreme heat and cold.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- A valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
