Job Summary
Lot Attendant responsible for processing and releasing repossessed vehicles, maintaining lot and customer service areas, and performing related duties. Responsibilities include receiving vehicles from Recovery Agents, cleaning out vehicles, bagging/tagging personal property, conducting inventory, handling necessary paperwork with customers, and ensuring lot cleanliness. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with clean record, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills. Forklift experience is preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm in Sacramento, CA; benefits include 401(k), health and life insurance, paid time off, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes)
- Familiarity with a smartphone and tablet
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and analytical skills
