Lot Attendant (Lancaster County Motors)

Lot Attendant at Lancaster County Motors responsible for maintaining both new and pre-owned vehicle inventories on the dealership lot and in the showroom in an orderly and appealing manner per dealership display standards. Responsibilities include verifying receipt and performing damage inspections on new vehicles delivered to the dealership, making errand runs, assisting the sales team, keeping the lot neat and orderly, controlling car movement to prevent damage, maximizing space usage, daily display assessments, delivering vehicles to the service area upon customer pickup, performing quality control checks before staging for sale, inspecting for dents or other defects, washing/vacuuming sold vehicles before pickup, stocking new cars upon arrival, maintaining vehicle appearance and fluid levels, jump starting and fueling as needed, keeping track of vehicle keys, recognizing issues requiring escalation, maintaining exterior appearance of dealership buildings and lots (including snow removal), setting up/removing displays for events, and running errands for dealership staff. Customer-facing duties include friendly communication with customers and supporting the sales team as requested.
