Job Summary
Greet customers, delivery drivers, and vendors professionally while directing traffic and enforcing parking regulations. Monitor the parking facility and loading dock to ensure safety, perform routine vehicle counts, and maintain clean, debris-free areas including snow and ice removal. Assist with peak-hour traffic control, manage vendor logs and daily activity records, and report security concerns or equipment malfunctions to management. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as clearing walkways and restocking equipment. Work on-call with varying hours in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
