Job Summary
Operate forklifts and tow vehicles to move motorhomes, trailers, and campers while ensuring slides, jacks, and compartment doors remain secured. Maintain a safe, organized lot for sales and service by staging units in bays, clearing debris, and keeping customer parking areas available. Assist with RV flow in and out of the shop, deliver units to off-site repair facilities, and pick up customer vehicles within the region. Report exterior building issues, lot damage with stock numbers and photos, and unit maintenance concerns promptly. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including evenings until 5:00 pm and Saturdays, reporting to the General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driver's abstract
- Valid Forklift Operator certification with experience
- Reliable transportation to work
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willing to work evenings until 5:00 pm and Saturdays as scheduled
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
