Job Summary

Collect and reconcile parking revenue accurately while furnishing receipts and completing shift reports. Greet guests immediately, provide directions, and answer inquiries about surrounding areas using proper phone etiquette. Stack and retrieve guest vehicles when necessary, securing keys and driving cautiously. Maintain guest confidentiality and protect financial information in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Operate registers, POS systems, and credit card machines to process transactions and categorize tickets for audits.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • A valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to drive manual transmission
  • Must be able to perform parallel parking
  • Must be able to read and write standard English language
  • Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • Must be able to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers
  • Ability to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
  • Ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
  • Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
  • Ability to understand HIPPA requirements
  • Ability to maintain the security of customer financial and identifying information
  • Ability to protect guest confidentiality
  • Ability to maintain claim checks and guest folio archives
  • Ability to produce guest vehicle inventory for billing purposes
  • Ability to follow all bank standard operating procedures
  • Ability to competently operate equipment (i.e., register, gate, POS, credit card machine, etc.)
  • Ability to obtain information about daily events and rates to be charged
  • Ability to secure guest keys immediately after each interaction
  • Ability to collect and reconcile revenue accurately

  • Ability to use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
  • Ability to maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
