Loss Prevention Team Lead

Oversee all Loss Prevention activities, conduct investigations, and detect and apprehend shoplifters to mitigate shrink. Monitor cash over and shorts through exception-based audits, partner with Inventory Control to reduce inventory shrink, and ensure locking systems, CCTV, and alarm systems operate properly. Train and oversee team members while managing electric alarm system tagging and wrapping of high-risk products. Maintain safety and security of the premises, employees, and customers by swiftly addressing concerns and inspecting physical security and fire systems. Requires flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
