Job Summary
Loss Prevention & Garage Operations Supervisor at Salamander Collection oversees Security Officers and Garage Technicians, conducts patrols and surveillance of hotel property, trains staff, administers payroll, assigns duties, coaches and counsels employees, handles recruitment and staff development, and ensures alarms and access control are functioning. Requires coordinating monthly departmental meetings, responding to emergencies, and ensuring adherence to hotel procedures and safety standards. Flexible to work all shifts with strong organization and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Minimum of 2 years hotel experience desirable
- Minimum of 2 years in a valet/parking garage and/or security role preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years hotel experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a valet/parking garage and/or security role (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
