Loss Prevention Supervisor

Patrol property, secure rooms, assist guests with room access; conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audit. Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas; respond to emergencies and administer first aid/CPR as required. Gather information and complete reports; maintain confidentiality of reports and documents. Defuse disturbances and ensure compliance with company policies; escort unwelcome persons; provide paperwork to employees. Assist management in training, coaching, and serving as a role model; uphold the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy; ensure safety training and certifications; maintain professional appearance; protect company assets. Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and communicate clearly. Additional state licensing/registration requirements may apply in some states. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds unaided and up to 75 pounds with assistance, and mobility across varied spaces.
