Job Summary
Loss Prevention Supervisor responsible for patrolling the property, securing rooms, assisting guests with room access, conducting emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key control audits; monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, authorizing and documenting access to secured areas, and responding to emergencies with first aid/CPR as needed. Develops and delivers safety trainings, coaches employees, ensures compliance with policies, and upholds quality standards. Maintains confidentiality of reports, defuses disturbances, enforces alcohol-control laws, prepares written documents, and collaborates with management to foster a safe, service-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years related work experience
- 1+ year supervisory experience
- Licenses/certifications: None (per posting)
