Job Summary
Loss Prevention Supervisor tasked with patrolling the property, securing rooms, assisting guests with room access, conducting emergency drills and safety inspections, investigating incidents, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, controlling access to secured areas, and responding to emergencies. Responsibilities include issuing reports, defusing disturbances, training and coaching staff, upholding company policies, and ensuring compliance with safety and beverage-control regulations. Requires 1–2 years of related experience and legal working rights in Fiji. Strong communication and teamwork skills essential; physical requirements include standing for extended periods and moving/lifting as needed. Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in OHS, FLS, and BLS protocols
- Approximately 1–2 years of experience in security, safety, or loss prevention
- Legal working rights in Fiji
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move/lift objects as required
