Patrol the property, secure rooms, assist guests with access, conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key-control audits. Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize access to secured areas, respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR as required, and complete reports while protecting confidentiality. Defuse disturbances, ensure compliance with beverage-control laws, and escort unwelcome individuals. Assist management in training and coaching employees, model professional conduct, and uphold the Open Door Policy. Maintain quality standards, readiness to adapt to emergencies, and proactive guest-service mindset. Requires at least a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years related experience with supervisory responsibilities; licensing varies by state as applicable.
