Loss Prevention Supervisor

Patrol all property areas, secure rooms, and assist guests with access while conducting daily hazard inspections and emergency drills. Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize access to secured areas, and respond to accidents by contacting EMS or administering first aid. Defuse disturbances, handle complaints, escort unwelcome persons, and ensure compliance with beverage control laws. Complete reports, maintain confidentiality, and provide proper paperwork to employees. Assist management in training, motivating staff, and serving as the first point of contact for the Open Door Policy. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain professional relationships while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
