Job Summary
Loss Prevention Store Security Agent responsible for theft prevention, assisting investigators, and operating CCTV to protect TJX Canada's stores, associates, customers, and assets. You’ll greet customers, respond to alarms, conduct surveillance, collaborate with ORC Investigators, and support internal and external investigations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills, engage with customers, and participate in a comprehensive training and development program with benefits such as healthcare spending account, retirement savings, tuition reimbursement, vacation, and company-provided equipment. Provincial security licensing is required (where applicable) and a valid driver’s license is preferred. Strong teamwork, integrity, and a commitment to safety are essential.
Required Qualifications
