Job Summary
Loss Prevention Specialist provides security support to retail operations by deterring theft and performing arrests as necessary, conducts undercover surveillance to detect and apprehend shoplifters, prepares incident reports, testifies in court, ensures safety and compliance with laws and company policies, and maintains required certifications. The role requires 2+ years LP experience, proficiency with PC/iOS hardware and CCTV, flexible shifts, and full-time availability in Miami, FL. This position offers health/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Two plus years loss prevention experience
- Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software
- General operating knowledge of retail security camera equipment and CCTV
- Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted
- Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
- Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
