Loss Prevention Specialist (Friday-Tuesday 2am-1030am)

In this Loss Prevention Specialist role at Ashley Furniture, you will be the first point of contact at the guard post to verify identification and credentials of visitors and carriers, patrol and monitor multiple site areas, conduct surveillance with CCTV and alarm systems, respond to security incidents and emergencies, document incidents with detailed reports, conduct internal investigations into theft or policy violations, inspect security equipment, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent work experience, 1-2 years of security/loss prevention experience, and the ability to obtain First Aid within 6 months; a valid driver’s license is preferred. The role operates in an active industrial distribution environment with a 2:00 AM to 10:30 AM core schedule and is on-site at Lathrop, CA.
