Loss Prevention Specialist Fri-Tue 10am-630pm

Monitor assigned areas including sales floors, stockrooms, warehouses, and entry points to detect and deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Conduct surveillance using CCTV and visual observation to identify suspicious behavior. Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies such as theft, disturbances, and medical hazards per company protocols. Perform checks, receipt verifications, and exit inspections to prevent merchandise theft. Document all incidents, observations, and activities through detailed written reports and logs. Collaborate with law enforcement and management for escalations. Conduct internal investigations regarding suspected theft or policy violations. Inspect and test security equipment including cameras, alarms, and access controls. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and carriers by verifying identification and credentials. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.
