Job Summary
Loss Prevention Specialist responsible for identifying all forms of loss in the Distribution Center, reviewing CCTV and access systems for evidence of theft or security violations, conducting basic investigations into associate dishonesty, performing physical security checks of the building and trailer yard, conducting safety and security tours, and developing ongoing loss prevention, safety, and shrinkage awareness programs for associates and management. Ensures policy and procedures are followed, reports unsafe conditions, maintains logs, and prepares reports.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to self-motivate and follow through on tasks
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to be flexible in job duties
- Must be comfortable taking direction from many different people
