Job Summary
Maintain a safe and healthy workplace by enforcing company policies; serve as the first point of contact at the guard post for visitors, carriers, and personnel; verify identification and credentials; ensure visitors have the necessary resources for their visit; monitor and patrol multiple areas to deter theft and unauthorized access; conduct CCTV surveillance and alarm monitoring; respond to incidents and emergencies per company protocols; perform checks and inspections to prevent merchandise loss; document all incidents with detailed reports; collaborate with law enforcement and management; conduct internal investigations; inspect security equipment for proper functionality; provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in criminal justice, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of Safety, Security, and Loss Prevention experience is required
- Valid Driver’s License, Required
- First Aid or ability to obtain within 6 months
