Loss Prevention Shift Leader - Le Meridien Bangkok

Patrol all property areas, secure rooms, and conduct daily physical hazard/safety inspections. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems while defusing disturbances and escorting unwelcome persons. Respond to accidents, contact EMS, or administer first aid/CPR as required. Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees while serving as the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment process. This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and lifting objects up to 50 pounds without assistance. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least two years of related work experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
