Loss Prevention Part Time

Monitor entrance and exit activity, respond to Electronic Article Surveillance alarms, and inspect bags, backpacks, and lunch boxes as members leave the building. Perform merchandise protection procedures, including cross-checking high-value items against receipts, auditing Express Pay and curbside pickups, and maintaining the AP Alert Binder. Resolve member concerns courteously, escalate issues to management when necessary, and ensure a safe environment by following shrink alert protocols and repack awareness guidelines. Maintain full attendance and complete required training and certification processes. This part-time role supports BJ's Wholesale Club's GOLD Member Standards and requires strong interpersonal skills, basic math ability, and familiarity with smart handheld devices.
