Job Summary
Support a positive customer experience by maintaining a visible, friendly presence at store entrances and deterring loss on the salesfloor. Act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function while working closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required. Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, utilizing self-motivation and strong communication skills to manage the role. This position includes an in-depth training programme upon start.

- Experience of being in a customer facing role, within a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role
