Job Summary
Support a positive customer experience by maintaining a visible, friendly presence at store entrance doors. Deter loss on the salesfloor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function. Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required. Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. This role involves supporting the store's goal of keeping customers, associates, and assets safe within a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of being in a customer facing role, within a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role
