Job Summary
Support a positive customer experience by maintaining a visible, friendly presence at store entrance doors. Focus on deterring loss on the salesfloor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function. Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required. Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, utilizing self-motivation and strong communication skills. This role includes an in-depth training programme for new associates.

- Experience of being in a customer facing role, within a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role
