Job Summary
Support a positive customer experience by maintaining a visible, friendly presence at store entrance doors. Deter loss on the salesfloor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function. Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required. Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. This role includes an in-depth training programme upon start. You will be surrounded by a supportive team within TJX Europe, the world's leading off-price retailer, contributing to a thriving business focused on growth and recognition.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of being in a customer facing role, within a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role
