Job Summary
Patrol property, monitor security systems (CCTV, perimeter and duress alarms, fire life safety), and assist guests with room access. Respond to accidents and emergencies (EMS, first aid/CPR as required); conduct hazard inspections; escort unwelcome persons and complete incident reports documenting security-related incidents. Maintain confidentiality of security and property information; follow policies, prepare written documents, and communicate professionally. Develop positive working relationships with colleagues; support team goals; comply with quality standards and training. The role emphasizes protecting assets, guest safety, and accurate incident documentation while upholding Marriott standards and professional presentation.
