Job Summary
Patrol the property, monitor security systems (CCTV, perimeter and duress alarms, fire life safety), assist guests with room access, and respond to emergencies. Conduct daily hazard inspections, escort unwelcome individuals, complete incident reports and security/loss-prevention activity logs, and coordinate with outside responders when needed. Defuse disturbances, observe confidentiality, and maintain professional appearance. Perform investigations and interviews, gather evidence, and protect company assets. Follow company policies, ensure safety training/certifications, and support team goals. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, move/safely lift objects up to 75 pounds with assistance, and operate computers/POS systems. Emphasis on guest service, clear professional communication, and adherence to safety standards within Marriott International.”,
