Job Summary
Loss Prevention Officer responsible for patrolling the property, monitoring security systems (CCTV, alarms, life-safety systems), assisting guests with room access, responding to accidents and emergencies, defusing disturbances, conducting hazard inspections, and preparing incident reports. The role includes escorting unwelcome individuals, coordinating with outside responders as needed, and maintaining confidentiality of security-related information. Responsibilities also cover following company policies, providing courteous guest service, maintaining professional appearance and communication, developing positive team relationships, and meeting quality assurance standards. The job requires the ability to stand or walk for extended periods and to move objects up to 50-75 pounds with assistance when necessary.
