Job Summary
Patrol the property and assist guests with room access while monitoring security systems (CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, fire life safety). Conduct hazard inspections, respond to accidents and emergencies (EMS/first aid/CPR as required), escort unwelcome persons, and defuse disturbances. Complete incident reports documenting Security/Loss Prevention incidents; maintain confidentiality of reports and protect company assets. Follow all policies, pursue safe operations, prepare written documents, and develop positive working relationships with colleagues. Ensure professional appearance and language, and comply with training/certification requirements; may require standing, walking, and lifting up to specified weights. In addition, some states may have additional licensing/registration requirements for consideration.
