Job Summary
Patrol property and assist guests with access; monitor security systems (CCTV, perimeter and duress alarms, fire life safety) and lock entrances as needed. Conduct daily hazard inspections, respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR, and assist guests and employees during emergencies. Notify appropriate individuals about incidents, defuse disturbances, and escort unwanted persons off property while maintaining orderly operations. Complete incident reports and daily activity summaries; maintain confidentiality of security and property documents. Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties. Follow company policies, participate in safety training, and uphold professional appearance. Demonstrate clear, professional communication, develop positive working relationships, and support team goals. Be able to stand/walk for extended periods and perform required physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance. Some states may require licensing/registration for consideration. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; no supervisory experience required.
