Loss Prevention Officer

Conduct proactive patrols of lobbies, corridors, and public rooms to detect fires, unsafe conditions, and suspicious behavior. Respond swiftly to disturbances, thefts, and emergencies by interviewing guests and employees, warning troublemakers, and assisting accident victims. Investigate incidents involving unpaid bills by checking guest rooms and seizing remaining property when necessary. Notify staff of persons with questionable reputations and provide support to management and enforcement officers during critical situations. Maintain a visible security presence to ensure property compliance and guest safety.
