Job Summary
Monitor cameras for potential shoplifters and confront all suspected individuals to stop theft. Write detailed reports on shoplifting incidents and testify in court regarding these events. Network with local law enforcement to help deter and apprehend shoplifters. This uniformed retail role requires working both 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends, as a 40-hour full-time position. Candidates must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen, hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and possess security experience and strong customer service skills.
